I’m Sai, a UCLA Anderson MBA (’25) with an earlier master’s from Northeastern University (’18). I spent four years in the U.S. as a data engineer, building analytics and automation tools, then returned to Hyderabad to help scale our family business, Grossmacht Engineers Pvt. Ltd. (GEPL).
Founded in 2008 by my father, T.M. Sreenivas, GEPL is an engineering services/EPC firm for the mining sector. We began as an electrical contractor and now execute shaft-equipping and allied packages—winder houses, headgear, ventilation, paste-fill and pipeline utilities, crusher/plant upgrades, and reliability improvements—serving major underground mines in India.
Through TiE Hyderabad, I’m seeking mentors for scaling an EPC business, JV structuring for shaft-sinking collaborations, governance, and building a leadership bench. I’ll contribute by sharing MBA-to-family-business playbooks and supporting fellow founders.
