"What began as a love for numbers and problem-solving has today shaped me into a finance professional passionate about creating long-term value for businesses.
My academic journey took me from IIT Madras to IIM Lucknow, and I hold both the CFA and FRM charters. Over the past decade, I’ve worked across investment banking, investment management, and equity research - helping companies raise capital, scale operations, and strengthen investor confidence.
As the Founder & CEO of RedeFin Capital, I lead an investment banking and transaction advisory firm headquartered in Hyderabad with a strong presence in Mumbai. Our focus is on real estate fundraising and strategic capital solutions across debt, equity, and structured finance - spanning residential, commercial, warehousing & logistics, data centres, student housing, and land transactions.
Complementing our core practice is Kedge Research, where we produce detailed blue books, investment research reports, and M&A/spinoff analyses that support both investors and corporates with sharper decision-making. We also extend our ecosystem through Moonshot (an alternative investment platform for early-stage businesses) and Nextep (support services for compliance, investor readiness, and growth enablers). These verticals remain selective and complementary to our core advisory focus.
I also serve as Director – Capital Markets at Aliens Group, leading fundraising and strategy for one of South India’s largest developers. Earlier, I worked with a global hedge fund and investment research firms, covering emerging markets, banking, renewables, and healthcare.
Outside of work, I find balance in sports and travel—I’ve represented IIT Madras and IIM Lucknow in football and athletics, winning over 20 medals along the way."
