Shams Ahmed is the Founder & CEO of Altibbe, a health-systems enterprise operating across India and the United States. His work focuses on building institution-grade transparency and intelligence frameworks for food, health, and responsible production, with governments and public institutions as primary stakeholders. Rather than developing consumer products, Shams designs governance-ready systems that help authorities, regulators, and national programs make informed decisions around food quality, health outcomes, and ethical trade.
Altibbe’s core initiative, Hedamo, is being developed as a public-interest health transparency and intelligence infrastructure that enables governments to aggregate producer-declared data, apply AI-assisted analysis, and improve policy, oversight, and market trust—without relying solely on fragmented certifications. The system is designed to support national food security goals, responsible commerce, and cross-border alignment. Shams is joining TiE to engage with experienced founders and mentors working on institution-scale problems, and to contribute perspectives on building ethical, scalable systems that serve public good at national and global levels.
