Mr. V. V. S. N. Raju is the Founder and Managing Partner of Juris Prime Law Services, established in 2005. With over 26 years of extensive legal experience, he has built expertise across banking and corporate law, civil, criminal, and real estate matters, contract law, secretarial compliance, and labour laws. Prior to founding the firm, he served for nearly nine years as in-house counsel with leading financial institutions including IDBI and ICICI, where he gained deep insights into financial and corporate legal frameworks. His practice spans project finance, securitization, debt restructuring, recovery litigation, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, foreign investments, land acquisition, and title due diligence. He also actively represents clients before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums, including Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, High Courts, and handles critical cases under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).
