01About
Drawing on over three decades of global corporate experience, I am an angel investor dedicated to discovering and fostering high-potential startups. My strength lies in foreseeing opportunities ahead of the curve and anticipating emerging trends.
With expertise in technology, cross-border M&A, and founding scalable global companies, I provide strategic guidance and financial support that propel startups to remarkable growth. I focus on business development and partnerships to drive success.
My specialization includes SaaS, cross-border product positioning, marketing, product management, and business development. I excel in driving product readiness, uncovering industry and customer insights, and strategically positioning products for decision-makers and users. I believe aligning customer needs with product development and accelerating GTM strategies are crucial for maximising innovation impact while ensuring cost efficiency.
In 2001, I co-founded Knoah Solutions, later merging with Intouch CX to become a leading global BPO with over 4000 professionals. During this growth, I led strategic acquisitions and forged pivotal partnerships across Latin America. After Intouch CX acquired our company, I transitioned to roles as a Global Board member and Executive Advisor, driving international growth strategies and refining operational frameworks.
My passion for product innovation led me to establish KnoahSoft in 2007, pioneering India's product landscape. I grew the company into a WFM industry leader, serving 250+ global clients before its acquisition by Avaya. With keen foresight, I anticipate trends, identify challenges, and recognize opportunities ahead of others, capitalizing swiftly in a dynamic landscape.
Before Knoah, I held leadership roles at eGain, establishing it as an eCRM market leader with 700+ clients and securing multimillion-dollar deals with AOL, Schwab, AT&T, Verizon, and 3Com. Earlier, I contributed to business growth at Motorola and TekNow Inc.
My guiding principle, "think global, act local," defines my career. As an early investor in Hyderabad's IT growth, I integrate local ecosystems with global standards, driving innovation and growth. This approach blends regional insights with international best practices, achieving transformative outcomes in diverse markets.
I hold an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management, an MSCS from Arizona State University, and a BSCS from Nagarjuna University. Outside startups, you'll find me at the golf club or engaging with fellow YPO members.
