Sandip Patnaik is a seasoned real estate leader with over 26 years of experience, including 18 years with JLL India, where he currently serves as Sr. Managing Director and a Director on the JLL India Board. In these roles, he drives the firm’s strategic and operational growth while ensuring governance and stakeholder commitments. Sandip joined JLL in 2006 to head Corporate Leasing in Hyderabad and, in 2012, became the firm’s youngest Managing Director and a member of the India Leadership Council. Over his career, he has worked across office, retail, residential, land, warehousing, and industrial asset classes, while leading corporate leasing, investment deals, joint ventures, joint development, and capital raising for developers, HNIs, landlords, and funds. An alumnus of INSEAD’s Senior Leadership Programme (France), Sandip also serves as a Director on the TiE Hyderabad Board, is a member of the CEO Club, and an Advisor to Osmania University. Beyond real estate, he is an avid angel investor in start-ups.
