Mr. Pagadala is the Founder & CEO of BuildersMart, an Omni-Channel platform for procurement of All Building and Construction Materials at pre-negotiated Wholesale Prices which operates on three founding principles 1-Transparent Pricing, 2-Efficient Procurement & 3-Assured Payments. He is also the MD of Pagadala Constructions, a Real Estate Company delivering luxurious and affordable homes for the modern times. Earlier, Mr. Pagadala was the Co-Founder & Group MD of the Aditya Group, a renowned name in Hyderabad real estate space. The group was focused in developing luxurious gated communities and large scale residential developments with the best of amenities. Since its establishment the company under the leadership of Mr. Pagadala, has raised more than 1,200 Crs INR in PE and Debt investments and has delivered over 6.5 Million SFT of luxury apartments and premium gated communities across Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam. As an integral part of the Promoter Group, Mr. Pagadala has contributed significantly to the growth of the Aditya Group into to a large real estate conglomerate. Prior to this Mr. Pagadala was also successful in establishing and exiting profitable Retail and IT businesses in USA. He established and sold Retail Outlets in South Florida, and also worked with various IT Consulting Services and Start-up companies and successfully contributed to their growth.
