Raj Samala is a successful entrepreneur, serial investor, motivational & keynote speaker, and technology disruptor with considerable international experience. He is a result-oriented decisive leader with proven track record to deliver enhanced sales figures, spearheading corporate strategies to improve productivity. He has led ‘Revalsys Technologies’ as ‘Founder and CEO’ from 2008 onwards helping it to become a full-fledged technology driven company with focus on ‘digital transformation’. He has exhaustive knowledge on various aspects of digital technologies and trends to facilitate delivery of variety of customized solutions that help improve customer experience. As part of ‘Hyderabad Angels’ since 2014, he has made multiple investments in new age startups and has also successfully exited ventures. He is also part of ‘TiE Hyderabad’since 2015, where he has mentored several startups that are running successfully. As an entrepreneur and ‘serial investor’ he has, in his personal capacity made multiple successful investments in various industries including technology, agriculture, construction and automobile. As a ‘speaker’ he has been part of several forums, interactive sessions, symposiums where he has given pep talk to would be entrepreneurs, management graduates on various topics. The youngest Vice President at Covansys, he was instrumental in executing large scale multi-country projects in various capacities and setup multiple project development teams across multiple locations worldwide for Covansys and then for CSC (now DXC Technologies). He has hands-on experience in business planning, project delivery, operational management, P&L oversight, optimizing organizational capabilities, team building, meeting corporate benchmarks and boosting bottom-lines. A ‘multi tasker’, he completed PGDCA, B.com from Andhra University and ICWA (now CMA) together as merit and rank holder. He has done his PMP certification in 2003 and Six Sigma Black Belt in 2007. As Community Service he has setup Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and Water Filtration Plant at native village. Actively supports NGOs to help differently-abled kids and adult become economically independent.
