Pavan Peechara, is the Founder, President of the board and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Adaequare Inc and Director for Udyog. Pavan currently contributes to Adaequare Organization planning & building, goal setting and operational aspects and heading Udyog’s new products end to end. During his professional career, Pavan has lead various IT implementation projects in the capacity of Consultant, Applications Development Lead and Systems Analyst and has held multiple positions as Technology Consultant, Technical Resource Manager, Vice President – Operations, Vice President – IT Services at various global organizations. Before founding Adaequare, Pavan also had a brief entrepreneurial stint as Vice President – Business Development at ICSA Inc, a small technology services company. His primary role was to devise and execute a growth strategy for the company. He also successfully founded a highly profitable Infrastructure company in 1997 before passing it on to the family. He is a Microsoft Certified Solutions Architect and holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
