As a Country Head, Site Leader, and GCC Leader, I have led P&Ls exceeding $100M, built and scaled India delivery centers from the ground up, and partnered with multinational corporations to drive data, analytics, and digital transformation at scale. I’ve built and led scalable teams and strategy across the US, Europe, APAC, and India, blending execution excellence with human transformation. From founding a tech-enabled startup to leading cross-border teams at Amazon, Accenture, DXC Technology, Ocwen, and Standard Chartered, I bring entrepreneurial agility paired with enterprise-grade strategy to drive governance, growth, and leadership transformation. As an ICF-certified Life & Performance Coach, I work closely with professionals, particularly women leaders, to help them unlock their potential and take their next big leap. In parallel, I mentor mid-sized startups to shape organizational structures, optimize P&Ls, and enter new markets with confidence.
