Currently serving as the Director and Senior Consultant Oncologist at Apollo Cancer Hospital in Hyderabad, Dr Reddy is a seasoned expert in the field of oncology. With over 32 years of medical practice and academic credentials from prestigious institutions, he has treated more than 15,000 cancer cases since 1992, achieving an extraordinary success rate of 90%. While he specialises in head and neck cancers and ocular oncology, Dr Reddy has treated nearly every form of cancer throughout his two-decade-long career. A true academic leader in oncology in India, Dr Vijay Anand Reddy has become a beacon of hope for countless patients. His unwavering dedication to the field is reflected in his numerous international fellowships, including Clinical Oncology Fellowships at the Meyerstein Institute of Clinical Oncology in London, New York Hospital, Peter MacCallum Cancer Institute in Melbourne, and Wills Eye Hospital and Children’s Hospital in Philadelphia. Dr. Reddy’s illustrious career is further highlighted by his extensive contributions to medical education. He has served as a guest faculty for more than 300 Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs and has authored over 60 publications on a wide range of topics. As the chairman of the Indian College of Radiation Therapy, he has significantly raised the standards of oncology education in India.
